Julius Braxton

Julius is a commercial real estate professional who brings a unique blend of analytical rigor and hands-on management experience to every transaction. Julius, who majored in pharmacology, transitioned from a career as a traveling sous chef to commercial real estate, committing to the industry full-time in 2021.

Since then, Julius has closed more than 143 off-market transactions and supported acquisitions for institutional clients including hedge funds such as Cerberus Capital Management and EMJ Capital, and private equity firms including Tiber Capital Group and Rockpoint Group. Through wholesale partnerships and hedge fund acquisitions, he has facilitated over $17 million in off-market sales in a four-year period.

Specializing in land development and redevelopment, Julius focuses on identifying undervalued sites, navigating entitlement and zoning processes, and structuring creative acquisition strategies that unlock value for investors and operators. Known for a solutions-oriented approach and deep off-market sourcing capability, he advises investors, operators, and capital partners on disciplined deal execution and value-creation strategies.

Outside of work, Julius enjoys watching football and baseball, playing basketball and soccer, and spending time with his family.
