Meet the Team

Will Harrison

Born in Mountain View, California, and raised in Las Vegas, Will Harrison grew up surrounded by commercial real estate professionals, with his grandfather, father, and several relatives all building careers in the industry. He earned a B.S. in Sociology with minors in Economics and Entrepreneurship from Santa Clara University, then sharpened his business-development skills at Motion Recruitment, leading a five-person sales team and landing a marquee talent partnership with Mercedes-Benz R&D.

Will now serves as Western Regional Director at BellStreet, focusing on industrial markets across Colorado’s Front Range and Western Slope. He applies his relationship-building expertise to BellStreet’s industrial practice, helping clients with warehouse, flex, industrial outdoor storage (IOS), and other industrial real estate needs throughout the region.

Outside the office, he enjoys archery, hunting, cooking, and free-diving. He once swam alongside humpback whales in the waters of Tahiti. Will’s blend of family-rooted market insight and Silicon Valley deal-making equips BellStreet’s industrial clients to secure space, sites, and partnerships that scale with their growth.
